About me:

Hello! My name is Habib and I am a doctor in the UK.

I am 27, raised in Tanzania, studied for my bachelors in the UK, completed medical school in Cyprus and now working as a doctor in the UK.

What will you gain?

  • If you are a medical student, you will most definitely pick up a thing or two from my posts. I will do my best to provide information that I know will help. A good example is my post on how to remove surgical sutures.

  • You will definitely find some new songs that (and I must warn you) you might get addicted to. Consider yourself warned.

  • I provide lifestyle advice. Not to say that I have a perfect life, I most definitely do not. However, I will provide advice on things I have either learnt from others (who aren’t perfect either, but everyone has something to teach / pass on) or lessons I have learnt myself through trial and error.

Why should you stay?

I think people can learn a lot from each other and I think one person’s experience can prove to be valuable to someone else. What I learn each week could end up being useful to other medical students or students in general in many different ways.

From interesting patient stories to medical tips, calculation tips, useful websites, books, apps not only for medicine but in general that either add value or entertainment AND THE MOST IMPORTANT one: Song of the week.
